A. AeroBand Users Steps
1) Customers can track the package status from your order confirmation email. An confirmation email will be sent to you after the order is fulfilled. Click "View your order" go to your order details then track the order online. (Highly Recommended)
2) Customers can track the package status in personal Aeroband.net account. Login your Aeroband account, go to Order History, find your order number.
Click the order number, the details of the order are displayed. Click the tracking number, you can track the order online.
B. Guest users steps
Guest customer please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the shipping status of your order.
C. Both Aeroband and guest users steps
